Hockey Portraits at Framlingham College.

Before lockdown struck, I was working at Framlingham College updating their photo library. I loved doing these evening portraits of the stars of the hockey team.

Robertsons Boatyard. Woodbridge.

I was asked in to take some photos of Robertson’s Boatyard in Woodbridge. They were updating their website and wanted some portraits plus some shots to show the working of the yard.

Anna Fargher, author. Promo/press shoot.

A pleasure to visit the Suffolk home of children’s author Anna Fargher this summer to take some press shots for the promotion of her book The Umbrella Mouse. We started in a beautiful garden on a sunny June day and then drove to a secret little beach nearby.

Eden and Sukey, portrait session.

Sukey and Eden came up to the studio for a modelling portrait session together and it was a blast. We did a couple of changes of location and style and got some amazing shots. Thanks to both of you for being so easy to work with!

Jo Chapman, artist, Suffolk.

I spent a lovely morning with Jo Chapman in her Suffolk studio. Such a calming place with lots of beautiful things to look at, plus decaf coffee which is perfect for me!

Jo undertakes large scale public commissions with her work in locations as far afield as India. She has also had public work in France where she sometimes lives and in the UK her sculptures are commissioned to appear in parks, colleges, hospitals and new building developments.

Her latest project is a massive steel sculpture soon to be seen in the UK.

Rosie Andersen

Rosie is writing a new book of fables one of which is inspired by the ruins at South Elmham. We went there to shoot some profile shots for the upcoming launch.

Caswell

I've been working with bands and artists a lot recently which is fine by me as I love the freedom it gives us to be more creative and fulfil certain looks. Caswell is amazing to photograph, always a pleasure and with a strong vision, and a talented songwriter too.

The Cake Shop in Woodbridge is renowned for it's amazing selection of bread and cakes so it was a pleasure to spend a morning with David Wright at their new bakery in Suffolk to see how it's all made.
